I received a BA degree in Communication/Public Relations with Art minor from the University of Northern Iowa in 1994. I married Ed Meyer in April 1995. I enjoyed working as a marketing director for large non-profit in Denver, Colorado area before moving back to Iowa in 2000 to be closer to family and begin our own family. Currently reside in Emmetsburg where I am the Station Manager for 94.1 FM KEMB-LP. We have two boys: Christoffer (5/29/2002) and Alexander (3/18/2004). In our limited spare time, we are restoring our home which was previously a church convent.

Went to BV, worked at various dead-end jobs, got back into computers in 1994, worked at Gateway, then Smarts Broadcast Systems in Emmetsburg Iowa. Married in May 1996 to Sarah Mardis from Evansdale(near Waterloo). Sarah has three children from previous marriage, all wonderful, now 11, 12 and 13 years old. We lived in Cedar Rapids between 1997-1998, moved back to West Bend area in 1999, about 8 miles from where my Dad lives. Worked for Northwest Telephone/NCN.NET as a Systems Admin in Havelock for 5 years, then went back to Smarts Broadcast Systems in Emmetsburg, July of 2004, where I am currently employed. We have an acreage with a variety of animals, check out the website. Hobbies include: Homesteading, the Society for Creative Anachronism, home brewing, and beekeeping.
